Hello! Here is the criteria for inclusion on this list:
Additionally, if an editor clicks on the main Edit, they will find in nowiki text the following criteria:
Wikipedia notability standards for lists requires a citation, preferably more than one, proving the person is a member of the group and notable enough to warrant a stand-alone article. Being related to a notable person in itself confers no degree of notability upon that person. Guidelines for notable artists include being widely cited by peers (this could include tribal members), originating a new technique, creating significant works, winning critical attention, or being represented in significant permanent collections. For Native American artists, reviving lost art forms is also highly significant.
The short answer: He needs a stand-alone wikipedia article to be written about him first. If you have the skills to write an article, please do so before adding him to the list. If you need to learn the skills for editing Wikipedia, there is a tutorial available here: Wikipedia:Wikipedia Adventure, and submit your article via Articles for Creation WP:Articles for Creation. Or you can request that other editors create an article on him (there may be a back-log and this might take some time to be completed.) You can request an article here: Wikipedia:Requested articles.
